Conservation and consolidation of Grade 1 listed walled garden. The wall itself was over 450m in length and between 3 and 4m high. The elevations were all recorded and dismantled. Stones were repaired in situ. New stones were fitted where needed. Copings to the wall were removed and re-bedded using a combination of new and reused stones. Cement pointing to over 800 sqm was removed and replaced with lime mortar. The replacement stones were axe faced to match the existing tooling.
